Please note that all MANUFACTURER DIRECT items are final sales and not eligible for returns.

The time it takes for you to receive an exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
D. Exchanges

E. Restocking Fee
We do not impose any restocking fees on returned items.
F. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund request. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund processing and post the amount back to your account.
G. No Refund Policy for Unused Discounts
After a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds for discounts that were not applied during the transaction. All discounts and promotions must be utilized at the time of purchase; we cannot make retroactive adjustments.
